Paid Product Support
If you frequently need advice, you can purchase a one-year support and
maintenance package, which includes:
- Priority technical support. Within 1-2 days our specialists will answer
any of your questions concerning the program operation, advise you on how to
create an XML-solution for a particular task using Sydock Document Processor;
give recommendations on the use of XML in the business processes of your
company.
- Free upgrades. During the year you will receive free upgrades within the
bounds of the version you have and the edition (for example upgrade the
version 1.1 to 1.2)
- Discounts when buying a new version. You will be able to purchase a later
version of the program at a special price, which will be considerably lower
than the regular price of Sydock DP.
The price of the package - 10% of the product price yearly.
The package service is valid only for the version, it was bought with.
